Jeffrey Baile

Jeff Baile spent over twenty-five years as a Conservation Police Officer with the Illinois Dept. of Natural Resources in Peoria County, and developed the departments existing forty-hour Interview and Interrogation Recruit & In-Service Training Program. He recently retired from IDNR and continues to conduct training programs throughout the Midwest on the topics of interpersonal communications and professional interviewing methods. Jeff is a frequent guest speaker at Bradley University and Illinois Central College. Jeff's humorous and earthy teaching style, his experiences, and unique way of intertwining research with practical application, permit easy digestion of the methods for immediate use. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Forensic Interviewer having conducted over 7000 interviews and interrogations. Jeff has also instructed thousands of law enforcement officers as an associate of John J. Millner & Assoc., Inc.
