| Objectives: | This course examines criminal offense provision found in the Illinois Criminal Code, cannibis control act and controlled substance act, as well as recent changes in the Illinois vehicle code. Because of the scope of subject matter precludes discussion of all offense provisions in the Illinois Criminal code, drug related statutes, and the Illinois vehicle code, class discussion will be limited to significant or permitted to inquire about any provisions of interest to them which would not other wise be discussed. Also included will be summaries of significant court decisions. |
